Upcoming Events

Summer Camp will be at Manatoc Scout Reservation from June 30-July 6.
Cost is $290 per scout if paid before May 19.
We need adults to attend with our youth! Let us know if you’re interested!
There is a Summit Experience available our week of camp for scouts 13 and older–cost is $425 and more information can be found at http://manatoc.org/flyers/2019_summit.pdf

May 1–Scholarship applications due to Ohio Elks and Troop 333. Ohio Elks form is attached to this email (**you must notify Mrs. Richwalsky prior to submitting this form–there are sections she will help with). Troop scholarships are requested by submitting a short paragraph to Mr. Wendling about why the scout merits the assistance.
May 19–Payment and Class B orders due. Scouts will need to have entire payment of $290 submitted, as well as payment for troop t-shirts/hats.
May 19–Medical Forms due/Merit Badge selection begins. Medical forms can be found here: BSA Medical Form Parts A, B, & C
June 16–Final merit badge selections due/Photo and Family Night Meal payments due. Scouts can purchase a group photo for $8 and/or family night meals for $10 per person.
June 30–Depart for camp!
July 3–Family Night!!!
